Rav's as choti malkin

YEARS AGO Guru Dutt made the classic Sahib Bibi aur Ghulam. Now there seems to be a sudden interest in this - for a film and a telly serial are in the making. Ash will play Meena Kumari in Deepa Mehta's film. Raveena will essay choti malkin in the telly version on Sahara TV which will be directed by Rituparno Ghosh's assistants Abhijit Roy and Sudeshna Roy. Sahara seems to be cashing in on star power for their serials. Ravishing Ravs is going hatkese these days. After Daman and Agnivarsha, it should be good going for Ravs.
