WITH FESTIVITIES round the corner, a collection of garments and accessories from various designers under one roof would be a shopper's delight. An exhibition titled `Collage', comprising pre-Diwali collection will predominantly display Westernwear with traditional embroidery and embellishments that could be ideal for evenings. The styling and patterns of the garments and jewellery will have a `played down' look about them. .
The highlights of the exhibition are Ananya's kurtis in silk with subtle embroidery, Krsna's cotton trousers and kurtis in vegetable dyes, Asra's netted short tops, Sucharita's traditional salwars suits, Rohini Puri's mix `n' match collection, Ensembles' shaded kurtis with chikan work, Vima Dilip's work wear collection, Earth's kalamkari trousers with crushed cotton tops and scarves and Rehane's collection of shirts and kurtis in shades of white. The jewellery in precious stones, gold and silver have been designed by Nalini of Back to Nature.
