Simply Shilpa

EVEN WHEN she was embroiled in the thick of controversies during the court case with Praful Saris, Shilpa Shetty was calm and patient. Even her 40-minute performance at Cannes thereafter showed no signs of anguish. That's Shilpa Shetty. She has three forthcoming releases — all with Salman Khan as co-star — Garv, Sanghaar, and Dil Churake Chal Diye. But what Shilpa is looking forward to is Revathi's untitled bi-lingual film (Tamil and English) with Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan. With more films in her kitty, love for chunky jewellery and the fun and contentment that her friend bhangra king Daler Mehndi exudes, Shilpa is really cool. Why join the rat race and get unhappy, she seems to feel. Well said, isn't it?
