Diseases galore

ALTHOUGH CONVENIENT, instant foods have chemicals and preservatives that are used to retain the taste, and are therefore unsafe. These lead to diseases such as cancer, nerve degeneration, food allergies and food poisoning. As more are advertised with catchy lines our lack of quality control results in expired products still being available in the market.
