A matter of taste
IN THE fashion world or tinsel town, models and actors depend on designers to boost their screen image. But are some of our stars choosy? Designer Reza Shariffi says the latest sensation Katrina Kaif carries off most colours with élan. She is, however, particular about matching accessories, be it bag, footwear, make-up or jewellery.
As for Salman Khan, his designer Vikram Phadnis says the actor prefers comfort to trendy or wacky attire. Black and white shirts and kurtas with blue jeans are his style, even if bought at a throwaway price. Of course, the muscle man prefers appearing sans his shirt. And now with rumours afloat about the Salman-Katrina affair culminating in marriage, one wonders whether their tastes will truly blend?
