A 'diligent' pastor

Bro. Martin Sathianathan, a Pastor at Salem Prayer House in the city passed away recently. A diligent Pastor, he began his work for God in the early 1940s as a co-worker of Bro. Bakht Singh, who had established a number of New Testament Pattern Churches all over the State besides a few places in other parts of India and abroad, says the retired Deputy F.A.& C.A.O. of Visakhapatnam Port Trust, D.D. Paul Vedam.

Bro. Martin was not only an able exponent of the Word of God but also a talented and versatile singer and composer of what is popularly known as `Songs of Zion'.
