How is methi chaman hariyali made?

THE INGREDIENTS are diced fried paneer - 300 gms, chopped fresh methi - 100 gms, palak paste - 50 gms, chopped onions - 50 gms, whole jeera - 10 gms, juice of ½ lemon, ginger-garlic paste - 20 gms, salt to taste, red chilly powder to taste, cream - 20 ml.

Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and allow it to crackle. Add the chopped onions and fry until they become a golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes. Add chopped methi and cook till the moisture evaporates. Add the palak paste, lemon juice and the seasoning. Finish with cream. Ginger juliennes may be added on top for garnishing.
