Mushroom Taka Tak


Ingredients:

Sliced mushroom: 200 gms
Juliennes of capsicum: 15 gms
Onion sliced: 25 gms
Tomato juliennes : 15 gms
Chopped green chilly: 10 gms
Chopped fresh corriander: 10 gms
Cumin seeds: 5 gms
Tumeric powder: 5 gms
Ginger & garlic paste: 15 gms
Salt: To Taste
Garam Masala powder: 5 gms
Chilly powder: 10 gms
Dhania powder: 10 gms

Method:

Boil sliced mushrooms in salt water & drain.

Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they crackle add sliced onions. Cook till onions turn golden brown and add capscicum juliennus and cook for some time. Then add the sliced mushrooms and other ingredients, except tomato & corriander.

When the masala is cooked add juliennes of tomatoes & toss it. Check seasonings and then serve with garnished fresh coriander and sauted capsicum.
