Cookery classes

KOMESWARI ANAND Kumar from Velachery conducts cookery classes along with a professional chef who is trained with the Taj and Oberoi group. Classes are reasonably priced and conducted at convenient timings on weekends; they are flexible i.e. they are all one-day classes and you can choose any number of modules as per your requirement. In each class five to six dishes are taught. Dec 20 and 21: South Indian vegetarian (Rs. 50 per day); Dec 27 and 28: North Indian vegetarian (Rs.100 per day). Training is also given to cooks and professionals to further improve their skills. She also takes orders for kids parties and supplies cutlets, pasta dishes, noodles, chaats, payasams, burgers, sandwiches, salads etc. Tel: 22551375.

* Shobha Lalit from Purasawalkam is conducting classes on Tamil cuisine on Dec 17, 18 and 19, assorted cooking on Dec 23 and 24, continental and Indian snacks on Dec 25. Tel: 26415854 or 98401-21127.
