A new look
THE SS music VJ Shriya Reddy, who hosts the show `Phonetastic', is the most popular television anchor in South India. Recently, she visited `Juice', Mumbai's hot designer saloon, and got herself a haircut done by Aahan Akhtar, wife of the most happening director in Bollywood, Farhan Akthar. Ever since that she has been receiving a lot of calls appreciating her new look along with a few "not so nice" calls. "It is the untamed and unkempt look with no make-up which is the current fashion similar to FTV and VOGUE magazine models," says Shriya. Meanwhile, the buzz in television circles is that Shriya's `Phonetastic' itself is going to have a new look at an earlier time band (7 p.m.), to attract the family audience.
