Wonder boy

FORGET ABOUT those handsome looks or brawny muscles to become a hero in Tamil films. Here is an actor who defies such notions hit a hat-trick with Tulluvado Ilamai, Kathal Kondein and Thiruda Thirudi, the last has an average run. There is a clamour for the remake rights of his starrers, especially from Telugu producers. Dhanush, the lanky teenager, is ruling the Tamil box-office along with Vikram. And his fan following transcends national boundaries. In a recent incident, to get close to him, his fans even broke his arm. And security follows him now. What made him tick with the youth and the masses is his natural acting, intensity, and Bruce Lee style of twists and twirls in fight and dance sequences. Besides dedication, he is fortunate to get tailor-made roles in his first two films directed by his brother Selvaraghavan. All eyes are set on his next release, Pudu.
