TRENDSMITH, DESIGNER jewellery and lifestyle store, is bringing to Bangalore Varda Goeka's Signature Collection, which includes diamond and precious gem-studded jewellery. The works of the famed Kolkata-based designer are now available at the Trendsmith store in Indiranagar.

Varda creates jewellery that combines traditional craftsmanship and modern trends. They are essentially simple, sleek designs that can go with any occasion. Signature Collection includes five lines under its umbrella — Aristo, Fire and Ice, White fire, Vendrome, and Nouvelle Vagere. While the Aristo line has diamonds and gems set in neo-classical style, Fire and Ice offers a combination of white diamonds and diamonds in other colours such as pink and black. White Fire creates a white-on-white effect and Vendrome is Persian in style. Nouvelle Vagere is an experimental series that fuses creativity and classical lines.

The range, the makers say, targets the contemporary woman who combines career with home with élan.
