Peach Bread and Butter Pudding


Ingredients

Peaches (sliced) - 200 gms
Trimmed bread slices - 10
Butter - 100 gms
Sugar - 200 gms
Eggs - 10
Milk - 1.1 ltrs
Vanilla essence - 10 ml
Marmalade - 50 gms

Method

1. Beat sugar with boiled milk and vanilla essence.

2. Mix eggs and milk and strain.

3. Grease mould and pour milk mixture.

4. Butter the bread slices and soak in milk for 30 minutes.

5. Double boil it in oven at 150°C for 35 minutes.

6. Apply melted marmalade on top for glazing.

7. Arrange sliced peaches and decorate.
