TAKING A break from their duties, the staff of ITC Hotel Kakatiya Sheraton and Towers celebrated Staff Annual Day on the Boxing day (December 26). Over 1200 staff and their families attended the extravagant event, which lasted over eight hours with non-stop fun-filled activity.

The event kicked off with the traditional lighting of the lamp by D. Kavarana, A.M. and G.M. of the hotel and G. Shivakumar Reddy, Chairman, Srinivasa Resorts Limited.

A host of pre-event activities took place like carroms, chess, inter departmental cricket, cookery contest for non- kitchen staff, treasure hunt and quiz. On the day of the event, it was sheer entertainment. Songs, dances, skits and a fashion show enthralled the participants. A unique sequence showcasing the "Welcomlook," where, the staff of the hotel wore their uniforms was received well by the audience.

The fashion show was choreographed by Shahnaz and Zaheer Khan, and the clothes were sponsored by Rampage, Lagaan and Maqdoom Brothers.

Prizes were distributed for the winner and winning teams for the respective events.
