Crispy Sandwiches


Ingredients

Bread - 4 slices
Mint chutney (thick) - 25 gms
Maida - 25 gms
Corn flour - 25 gms
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - 5 gms
Breadcrumbs - 50 gms
Oil - for frying

Method

1. Spread thick mint chutney on the inside of the bread.

Make a sandwich.

2. Trim sides and cut into triangles.

3. Make a thin batter of maida and corn flour.

Add salt and pepper powder.

4. Dip bread triangles in batter and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

5. Fry in oil till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
