Cocktail Fried Idli


Ingredients

Small idli - 12

Oil - for frying

Idli chilli powder - 15 gms

Method

1. Prepare small idlis and allow to cool.

2. Deep fry till golden brown.

3. Coat finely with idli chilli powder.

4. Serve with coconut chutney.
