Desperately seeking Ash!

LAST WEEK, Aishwarya Rai was voted the most attractive woman in an international online poll conducted by Hello magazine. So it is but natural that all heroes in Bollywood and down South want to be featured opposite her. According to the Chennai grapevine, Ash has agreed to sign the dotted line for Shankar's new film opposite Vikram produced by "Oscar" Ravichandran. Remember Ash was in the news recently when she walked out of Ketan Mehta's Aamir Khan film "The Rising" over a payment fracas and from a Bond movie as she refused to do some intimate scenes with Pierce Brosnan. Ash and Shankar had earlier done "Jeans" and they have a fantastic rapport. Now Shankar is said to be offering Ash the highest salary ever paid to a heroine in Indian cinema! When contacted, Vikram, the `lucky man' to be paired with Ash declined to confirm the news.
