Paneer Toffee


Ingredients

Paneer - 100 gms

Sugar - 100 gms

Water - 1 tbsp

Method

1. Cut the paneer into small cubes or rectangular shapes.

2. Mix water and sugar and heat gently on slow fire. Cook till it turns light brown.

3. Using tongs, dip paneer pieces one by one in the sugar syrup and then in a bowl of cold water to set.

4. Arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
