Fruit juice

Please advice on how guava juice can be extracted at home.

K.P. Nair, Somajiguda

ONE NEEDS ripe guavas to make juice. Blend it along with some water in a mixie and strain the juice. Sugar syrup can be added if you like the fruit juice to be extra sweet. To strain the juice use a wire strainer. You could crush the pulp with a spoon to give all the extracts from the fruit to the strained juice.
