Curry matters


Can I have some recipes for cabbage curry?

HERE IS one recipe. Chop the cabbage and place in a bowl. Add oil to the kadai and add chopped onions and sauté until brown. Now add chopped ginger and garlic and sauté. Add turmeric, coriander, chilli and jeera powders in equal ratio. Cook till oil comes on the top then add chopped tomatoes and salt and cook till the curry blends well. Add the chopped cabbage and toss until the cabbage becomes soft. Finish with chopped coriander and ginger juliennes.
