Eating out: fun or fad?

Indulge in measure

THE HYDERABADI'S love for outside food is quite evident by the number of outletscoming up. Can we call it a fad when mouth-watering dishes are ready at your fingertips? For a working-woman after a long day at office and with kids at home, is it not a joy if somebody can cook and serve her? It is quite natural to try and experience new cuisine especially when they are tasty and tempting. But one has to be cautious that this is not going to spoil your health as most of the outside food contains lot of fat, sugar and salt. Deep-fried items that are prepared with repeated heating of oil contain trans fatty acids. Regular consumption of such food is a metabolic poison. One can indulge in eating out, but not regularly.
