Spare time to relax

WORK has to co-exist with play. From six to 60, irrespective of gender, age and status, we keep working. But we hardly spare time for play. The stress that builds up as a result of our present-day lifestyle requires not just a little recreation but more of it to keep the body healthy. The health clubs and yoga centres that have mushroomed in the city claim to be the right spots for daily workouts.
