WORK HARD, PLAY HARDER?

Facing challenges

IN a corporate environment, competition drives one to work hard. But, the desire to relax compels one to play harder. Most companies have holiday adventure packages (bungee jumping, trekking, etc.) that enable their employees to face new situations and learn from them. The higher the rung on the corporate ladder, the harder you play to stay there! But there is another generation, which believes that when one works hard one need not play harder but strike a balance between the two.
