WORK HARD, PLAY HARDER?

Keep fit


UNFORTUNATELY many of our educational institutions lack playgrounds and recreation facilities. Hence, it is more difficult to play than to work! As most sports are competitive sportspersons have to play hard to succeed. Play is important if we are to keep fit to do work,. Unless we play harder (exercise) than we work we will not be able to lead a healthy and happy life.
