* Veena Samant of Dawaat conducts crash courses at only Rs. 27 per dish. Five items taught from any chosen cuisine per day. Take your pick from Jain cooking, tandoori tawa talks, puddings and desserts, Chettinad, snacks, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Italian, ice-creams, chocolates, sweets, party sandwiches, soups, pulaos, health drinks, mocktails and more. Over 1,500 items to choose from. * Padmini Uday from Velachery conducts classes in North and South Indian, Chettinad, Chinese and Malaysian cuisines (veg and non-veg) and cakes, desserts and salads, which commence in the first week of February.
