THE BROTHER-sister duo, Vikram and Prarthana Mohan, is all set to take Chennai to the next level of style and comfort, through their new style lounge, Bounce.
Following in their mother Latha Mohan's (Kanya Beauty Salon) footsteps, they hope to add a new dimension to hairstyling and beauty care. "With changing lifestyles, the need for personal grooming and beauty treatments seems to be growing. It is about understanding each client's personality, skin tone, hair texture and lifestyle before giving them a new look," says Vikram.
The unisex salon has an exclusive area for hairstyling, a consultation corner and separate rooms for skin care for men and women. The mezzanine floor for women has pedicure and manicure area and treatment rooms apart from hair colouring sections.
Trained at internationally acclaimed schools — Toni & Guy, Saks Academy, Pivot Point, Singapore, Vidal Sasoon, London, and expert stylists in the country, Vikram and Prarthana believe they can combine creativity and skill to make hair dressing a form of art.
Recently, models from Bangalore and Chennai walked the ramp to showcase the various hair-dos, colours and cuts that Bounce specialises in.
Spread across 2,000 sq. ft, Bounce is located at the Ispahani Center, Nungambakkam. So, go ahead and add bounce to your hair.
