Aijer Salad


Ingredients

Brinjal (big) - 100 gms

Capsicum (red) - 50 gms

Garlic (chopped) - 25 gms

Lemon juice - 50 ml

Method

1. Roast brinjal till tender. Cool.

2. Roast or panfry capsicums till tender.

3. Dice brinjal. Deseed and dice capsicum.

4. Mix brinjal and capsicum in a bowl. Mix with chopped garlic and lemon juice. Chill.

5. Check seasoning and serve with whole wheat bread.
