Flat or house?

Small is beautiful


I am a septuagenarian and would any day prefer a tiny house rather than a spacious, well-appointed flat. When I called in an electrician to re-wire my flat, I incurred the wrath of the owner of the adjoining one This, when there are only four apartments in our complex. Imagine my plight if I lived in a multi-storeyed complex?
