What should be kept in mind when buying baking utensils? Where can we get them?

THE TYPE and size of oven being used, the item to be baked and the type and size of the items being baked are the things one should consider. All baking dishes can be purchased from stores selling kitchen utensils like Steel Palace at Nampally and a few more at Secunderabad. Glass casseroles (bake-and-serve dishes) for baking can be purchased from any crockery store.
