Crispy bhaturas

Can you give me the recipe of bhatura?

THE INGREDIENTS for bhatura are: Refined flour - 1 kg, baking powder - 10 gms, curd - 150 ml, Sugar -10 gms, semolina - 200 gms, refined oil -100 ml, water, asafoetida - 2 gms. Add curd, baking powder and sugar to the mixture of refined flour and semolina. Add oil and make it into dough by kneading well. Cover the dough with a cloth for 15 minutes. Shape it into balls and flatten them with the hand and fry in medium hot oil.
