THE FOLLOWING piece on Delhi has some numbered clues about the city. Answers to the clues are `+' marked in the rectangle, which you have to join serially with a line, starting from the * mark and ending at the X mark.

"The aliens have landed. They landed at Katran Market (1) to look for samples for their inter-galactic spacesuits. Going entirely by their data of superlatives, they next shopped at Aditya (2) and Tribes (3). They made people-to-people contact when they chatted with Neelam (4) and Aastha (5); and did a sightseeing tour of Janak Puri (6) and Model Town (7). Of Course, they couldn't have met Chaudhary Brahm Prakash (8) and Smt. Aruna Asaf Ali (9), but , was it due to some technical snag that their itinerary didn't include a meeting with DDA officials?

While you do this, the lines will intersect at some big words. Those words make a teaser, answer to which is one of the following. Which one?
