Have a delicacy & be called an officer

Deepa Raparla catches the in-thing of the busy place

IN TODAY'S rat race in the business sector, Jayaram still going strong by just sticking to a plain basic tactic that paved the way to his success.

Wondering about his winning secret and his stream of activity? Well, Jayaram, sure, fired up something that has been on fire ever since and still is making its own distinct identity with its good will and quality food; a humble food outlet named as `Officer's canteen' in this busy city where many food facilities spring out every season whilst many fade away by losing their hold in the market.

Initiated twenty lanky years ago employing 2-3 people is now engaging 11 people and busily serving many. Maintaining low profit margins and high quality is the only secret behind the success says Jayaram with a contented gesture.

Located in one of the busy junctions and wooing crowds with their delicious food the place sure seems to be happening. From the normal peddlers to the people passing by in the most luxurious cars everyone seems to be drawn to this simple ambience to enjoy consuming some of their most favored food.

The food being customarily served to the cars resembles the drive-in culture, which seems to be catching on and also appears comfortable to keep the growing number at settled places. Just a honk, laid-back in your car and a smiley face popping in blurting out a rangy list of the menu is how it goes. With the regular breakfast sections from Puri to all the hot dosa's you get the entire desirable feast you will ever want to have. Well, if you are not in the look-out for food, it might interest you in its diversity of people and their classes and yeah let's not forget the extended lines of car's crowding the parking lot at their busy hours.

With many places having the knack to provide the elegance, beauty and the surrounding that can be exceptional; this place seems to win the hearts solely with the appetizing dishes that had been served through out and partly cause its hassle free.

Just a swing-by in your car, snack your preferred food and off you go busy bee,' is how it works.

It is a prominent achievement to jay ram and his family who work incessantly to sustain the quality of the food being served to many devoid of the starry eyed environment and once again striking a chord that the `quality' and `quantity' are the two major `Q's that rule the success theory many a time.
