* Smitha's 58-year-old father is suffering from high cholesterol and many other problems and he is sensitive to many allopathic medicines. Smitha wanted to know about natural products that can help reduce cholesterol. Kamala from Alwarpet says that honey has many therapeutic qualities. She recommends that to reduce cholesterol, mix half a teaspoon of powdered cinnamon (dalchini in Hindi and lavanga pattai in Tamil) with half a teaspoon of honey in quarter glass of warm water and drink this twice or thrice a day.
