Delineate between reel and real and lives
Before getting into the topic, a thought should be spared for the question "Why these film heroes tend to get overboard in real life?" It is to be noted that these film stars are victims of the hype created by their admirers. This hype gives them a confidence to take liberty in decision-making and act in haste. It is unfortunate that they enjoy the identity of being the perfect role models who can never go wrong. "Reel heroes" are heroes only on the screen and this is not understood by much of the public that worships them, regardless their capability as individuals. Accustomed to the limelight, these heroes consider themselves special and forget what they do. And, I believe that the fans are to be blamed for this. All these `reel heroes' need `not fans' or `limelight' but a `little action' that could be termed sensible.

Recent plights are envisaging the fact that film heroes are heroes on the reel but not in real life. The actors captivate lakhs of people through their performance on the screen, but I believe that their real life scenes are outrageous and are condemnable. A testimony to this are the incidents like Salman and his other co-stars indulging in a shooting spree, and the other situations like misbehaviour with other actors, etc. The so-called top star, Balakrishna, shooting at his producer and long-time friend, epitomizes the hidden wild and unacceptable nature. I think all the film personalities are not the same. For instance, Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachan, Aishwarya Rai, etc., are quite successful in their endeavour to inspire people through their social welfare activities. In fact, these charismatic persons should be more responsible towards the society as the public set them as their role models in some aspects.

In my view, the activities of film stars can either be beneficial to society or highly reprehensible. The various blood donation camps, food distribution camps, funding of various orphanages and providing financial aid to economically backward students etc., are a few of the best results when film stars try to don the "good Samaritan" roles in real life. For instance, NTR Jr. has provided financial aid to many promising students and Chiranjeevi has conducted various camps. With such noble acts, they stand high in the society.
Some actors go overboard committing offenses. This doesn't mean that the entire industry is to be blamed for the shameful deeds of one person, as many could also be resorting to extreme steps in self-defense. I believe that this is what has happened in the case of Nandamuri Balakrishna.

Why do we, as a nation, crave for the leadership of the much-hyped Gods and Godesses in flesh-and-blood whose expertise lies in entertaining us, and nothing more?
Yes! I do agree that, to a large extent, film heroes tend to go overboard in real life too. And it is because, unfortunately, Indians are experts at making demi-gods out of mortals. And, the media plays the most decisive role in all this. Actors, with their larger than life persona, still remain in the eye of storm, with every move of theirs being scrutinized and analyzed. For example, the cases of the very well-known actors such as Sanjay Dutt's TADA case which rocked the entire nation and then Salman Khan's hit-and-run case and very recently actor, Balakrishna's off-screen eccentricities etc., all faded away as they are well- supported by his die-hard fans all over.
However, there are a few exceptions wherein our reel heroes have turned out to be real heroes in the true sense. It's been more than 30 years since the man first landed on moon, but people still tend to build temples for their favourite stars, taking them to heights from which they find it difficult to descend and do not mind resorting to all sorts of tantrums and indulge in various deeds, for which they are to be blamed.
My message to every budding actor is that he should take a leaf out of his predecessor's book on how to lead a life of dignity, compassion and virtue.

Yes, film heroes are going overbroad in real life. Some film heroes are forgetting that they are just heroes only in movies, but not in real life. Movies should only be part of different means of entertainment people have. Audience should also watch a movie as a movie and the hero is only a hero in the movie. Because of the audience and especially the fans of that particular hero, film heroes are showing more than what actually they are in real life.
This started from Bollywood and now came to Telugu cine field as a contagious disease. Not only the actors but also the audience should remember that they are just actors and acting is their profession. Suicides for the welfare of their heroes do not augur well for the heroes too. The actor's image will sometimes have bad effects not only on personal life of that particular individual but also on the society sometimes.
Actors taking law into their hands will be very nice to watch in movies, but in real life, it spoils their own career. So, I say that film heroes are going overbroad in real life.

Yes, it is true that the film heroes are going overboard in real life in several cases. I am of the opinion that several of the film heroes spend their lifetime in building a `character' but hardly take any time to think before they tend to spoil the hard-earned name due to haste and wrong decisions. Some people, who eminently participate in the films concentrate on their job, work round the clock with efficiency and it usually does good to the society.

Our ancestors promoted and encouraged people to exhibit their talents in the form of fine arts namely sculpture, poetry, music, painting and architecture which are ever-appealing to the mind or to the sense of beauty. But, today's modern culture gurus have made film heroes near demigods. These demigods have come to enforce a virtual stranglehold the `people' coming in near vicinity to them. Apart from churning out money-spinning ventures, they have buried the morals that go in to making them heroes in real life. The onslaught of audio-visual media projecting images of violence, gory-incidents, blood shed, terrorism and glorifying these incidents to be accepted as natural justice have wrecked havoc. As wise men would say "The cook has burnt his fingers and not the food". The film heroes are going overboard in real life and now we have our Bollywood and Tollywood film heroes getting undone with their own anarchic behaviour.

Although film heroes manage to pile up handsome money, fame and glamour, they need a break in their real life. It's important to understand that they are individuals with their own apprehensions and a life to call their personal. Every human has his or her weak points and stars are no exceptions. Always in the eyes of media, their life is of constant interest to the public. The extensive media coverage and the intrusion of media into their personal lives is a common happening. We witnessed number of cases where the media have destroyed the popularity of many stars. Many a times, a petty happening is viewed through a microscope by the media offering it as entertainment news to the people. So, it is up to us to decide on what we have to look for in the media as real news.

The answer to this question is `Yes' to a great extent. Because, it is not just happening with one or two film heroes. From the Bollywood hero Salman Khan to the recent case of BalaKrishna of Tollywood, it is evident that film stars are going overboard at times in their personal life. The image, power and the heavy fan following they manage through their movies is the only reason that gets them overboard. It is better if they use their positive image and potential towards healthier causes rather than trying to be a laughing stock in the society.

Acting is just a profession like any other. Every hero entering into the filmdom should make his priority to remember this, and not to get carried away by the limelight and fan following. Infact, now that they are in such a high position, being an idol to many, it is always good to follow on the right side by being a good example to the crowd. Serving the people through many service-oriented organizations can be a nice thing to do. Achieving fame through not only their acting skills but also their good nature is important, which they should try to inculcate.

Reel life is definitely different from real life. Hero worship is tolerable in reel life. Criminal acts of a hero may get applause in reel life. He may flout rules and regulations in cinema. But, the real life is natural with a lifestyle set with basic dimension of rules for a better living. Even after knowing the frenzied activities like shooting and still saying that their hero is innocent is not sensible. But the tragic instances may not prove good to the reel or real life of any celebrity. It is evident that the real story has taken a back seat despite the clear evidence that emerged from the spot. Political overtures and glittering cine magic may camouflage the incident. But illegal acts we may commit for one reason or another, have to be accountable and that is law of life.

Film stars and sports stars are remembered by everyone. Although, they are heroes on silver screen, they are compared to god. Success of a film mainly depends on the performance of the hero. Even lakhs of fans are anxiously waiting as to what would happen in Balakrishna's case. So, film actors should have social responsibility to guide people in right path.

Yes. It's simply ridiculous for a person having some popularity and being a son of a legend to do like this. Let's hope the police will put an end to the drama and bring the culprits to book.

Yes, film heroes are going overboard in real life. They are showing so much interest in other activities like politics, directing and producing the films and in various social service activities. There is full support to heroes from their fans. So, they are doing whatever they want. People always see the image of the star through the sliver screen, which they take it for granted.
Most of the times, the hero ends up doing activities against the image they have created for themselves among public. Many film stars are now showing interest in many activities useful to all like building hospitals, schools and helping poor people. A hero is a real hero when he always thinks about others and their needs.
