Campaign for youth

TRIPLE S... it stands for "Sathyam Samathanam Sagotharathuvam." Triple S, a non-profit organisation started by Kapilan Vairamuthu, son of lyricist Vairamuthu, is launching a mammoth project for the youth next month, where several issues will be addressed.

The organisation, in existence for a couple of years, has been providing support to the underprivileged and orphans. Be it conducting sports day for the physically challenged or launching an anti-tobacco campaign or leading protests against obscene posters, Triple S has done it with fervour.

Also, posters on world peace were distributed among school and college goers, and banners with students' signatures were sent to the President.

And spearheading the movement with determination is Kapilan, who recently released a book of verse titled "Manithanukku Aduthavan."
