Ingredients

Ripe jackfruit - 100 Gms
Coconut - 1
Milk - 100 ml
Jaggery - 25 gms
Cardamom - 5
Ghee - 10 ml
Cashewnuts - 10 gms

Method

1. Cut jackfruit into small cubes. Cook in ghee and keep aside.
2. Make coconut milk. Boil it.
3. Prepare jaggery syrup and strain it to remove dust particles.
4. Mix jaggery and milk. Cook till it thickens.
5. Add coconut milk, bring to boil and remove from fire.
6. Add cardamom powder and cooked jackfruit.
7. Garnish and serve hot with fried cashew nuts.
