Caribbean delight...


PRE-MONSOON HEAT in Delhi is reaching its peak, so is the rivalry among the restaurants to introduce innovations to attract the maximum number of customers. Since its opening at Connaught Place, New Delhi, in 2000, TGI Friday's claims to revamp its menu every three months. For the next couple of months ahead they have introduced a fresh menu Wild & Mild Grille that boasts of offering "all the famous Caribbean cuisines." Every dish promises anexotic blend of sweet and spicy flavour claiming to titillate your taste buds.

Just to mention few of the delicacies on the menu, there are blazing grilled cottage cheese steaks is marinated in chilled rum before being cooked and served on a bed of coconut rice, fiery shrimp kababs accompanied by fresh mango, flaming lamb kababs drenched in exotic rum before being served with coconut rice, red-hot white fish lightly fried in Cajun spices and tasted with green beans and oven roasted tomatoes, sweet banana bread puddding with banana and white breads in vanilla custard and drizzled with rice caramel sauce.
