What is best for coating cutlets, semolina, broken vermicelli or breadcrumbs?

BREADCRUMBS HELP in binding the cutlet mixture as well and can also be used for coating. Semolina is used for coating. It gives a different appearance. Breadcrumbs and semolina are recommended, but if one likes vermicelli then only use it. For, it does not give smooth texture to the finished product.
