Big dreams for small screen
MTV AND Balaji Telefilms together with Rai University as official sponsors are conducting a talent hunt for zeroing onto 4 girls and 2 boys who will don different roles in their next major TV serial Kitni Masti Hai Zindagi. The screen test at Rai University, Kochi campus, is to be held on July 11. With registrations pouring in through phone, in person and online, the hosts are busy preparing for the deluge of talent that will flood the campus. The excitement among the aspirants is palpable as Sambhavi Nandakumar of Model Engineering College Thrikkakara says, " I do not have a cable connection and have seen only the serials on Doordarshan but I have some time on my hands. So I registered my name. Of course I like to act and my classical dance training will certainly help."
The participants will be in the age group 18 to 28 and actors from the Balaji Telefilms are going to be present at the auditions. These will be held at several cities across the country at Rai University campuses.
The screen test will be later shown on MTV as a reality show and by end of July, 12 aspirants will go through a training process in drama and diction, in dance and voice training, in acting etc. After this the six finalists will showcase their talent on the 39-episode Kitni Masti Hai Zindagi to be aired exclusively on MTV.
