Lucknowi food fest
Taj Residency is currently hosting a Lucknowi food festival at its multi-cuisine restaurant, Harbour View'. According to the hotel's general manager, Matthew Thomas, chef Haleem and Amiel have been flown in from Lucknow exclusively to give the Vizagites an authentic taste of the nawabi cuisine.
The menu includes a host of non-vegetarian and vegetarian delights like murg tikka hasmoo, galawati kebab, paneer tikka awadhi, Lucknowi biriyanis, nihari ghosht, lagaan ka murg, gobi musallam and methi chaman. The chef would also spread a variety of awadhi desserts like shahi tukra, semiya ka mussaffir and moti chur ka ladoo.
The festival is open till Sunday.
