Ingredients
Red cabbage (shredded) - 100 gms
Cauliflower (sliced thin) - 50 gms
Celery (sliced thin) - 50 gms
Chopped onions - 25 gms
Sugar, salt - a pinch
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Salad oil - 1 tsp
Capsicum - 1
Method
1. Refrigerate or soak cabbage in ice cold water for crispness.
2. Combine cabbage, cauliflower, celery and onion.
3. Combine ingredients for dressing. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
4. Add dressing to vegetables. Mix lightly and chill for an hour.
5. Garnish with capsicum rings.
