Yankee coleslaw


Ingredients

Cabbage - 200 gms
Sugar - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
White pepper powder - « tsp
White vinegar - 2 tsp
Sour cream - 50 ml

Method

1. Shred cabbage and soak in ice cold water to ensure that it is crisp.

2. Combine sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix until sugar is dissolved.

3. Add seasoned vinegar to sour cream mixing lightly. Blend thoroughly.

4. Add dressing to cabbage shortly before serving. Mix lightly.
