* Calicut-based Vasanthi Parameswaran has been supplying ilayvadams under the brand name Amrutha Condiments in a variety of flavours such as green chilli, red chilli, tomato, carrot, mint, garam masala, neem, purple cabbage, onion, methi leaf, spinach, chilly masala, pepper, jeera, garlic, tapioca, vaazha thandu, beetroot and potato for the past two years. Besides supplying to star hotels and supermarkets in Calicut, she has also been selling her preparations in Chennai through the Amma Naana store.
