* For raw Iranian veg and non-veg samosas, call Nishrin Madraswala from Parry's at 30904713 or 25353782. The samosas are made with a mixture of atta and maida and the stuffing is made from dal and spring onions for the veg samosas and with keema (or keema and dal both if requested) and spring onions for the veg samosas. The samosas are supplied raw i.e. without frying to be frozen and fried at your convenience. She also takes orders for chapatis, phulkas and rotis (minimum order 1 kg) and ready to fry mutton or chicken shreds (min order one kg). Nishrin does not home deliver and requires 24 hours notice.
