1. Clean fish and marinate with lemon juice, salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
2. Dry and roll over seasoned flour (flour mixed with salt and pepper powder)
3. Dust off excess flour and fry in hot oil till golden brown (approximately for 8 minutes).
4. Arrange the fried fish fillets on a service platter and set aside. Sprinkle some lemon juice.
5. Heat butter till brown and pour over arranged fish. Garnish with chopped parsley and wedges of lemon.
Note
"Fillet" means a cut of fish, free from skin and bones.
You can get them from the fish monger or frozen ones in supermarkets.
