IF YOU want to savour the traditional flavours of Kerala in a festive ambience today, here are a few options.
Celebrate Onam in Kerala style at Southern Aromas, The Residency Towers, T. Nagar. With an ambience that's just right to transport you to God's own country, the restaurant is all set to serve the traditional sadhya with 21 dishes, prepared by Chef Sundar and his team, on a banana leaf.
So there will be yelhaka upperi, chakka peratiyathu, olan, kalan, moru kachiyathu, thenga samandhi, inji curry, kothu mangai, avial, ada prathaman and more. The sadhya is priced at Rs. 250 and available for lunch from 12 noon to 3 p.m. A la carte menu is also available for guests.

At Ahaar, The Residency on G. N. Chetty Road, the Onam feast is available for lunch (12.30 p.m. to 3 p.m.) and dinner (7.30 p.m. to 11.45 p.m.).
