Khova bhara hara kebab


Ingredients
Spinach (finely chopped) - 1 bunch
Kabuli channa (boiled and mashed) - 50 gms
Chopped onion - 10 gms
Chopped green chillies - 5 gms
Chopped coriander- 10 gms
Chaat masala - 5 gms
Salt - to taste
Garam masala powder - a pinch
Kasoori methi powder - a pinch
Khova - 50 gms

Method

1. Cook finely chopped spinach with little oil.

2. Add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander.

3. Introduce mashed kabuli channa and masalas.

4. Make a paste or dough. Cut into equal size balls. Keep aside.

5. Prepare stuffing with grated khova, green chillies, coriander, salt and a pinch of masalas.

6. Stuff this mixture into the spinach balls.

7. Flatten it on the palm and cook on tawa.

8. Serve with mint Chutney.
