Worthy sequel

IN HOLLYWOOD'S summer of sequels, the only one which was not torn apart by critics is "The Bourne Supremacy". It is a worthy sequel to "The Bourne Identity" based on Robert Ludlum's spy character suffering from amnesia. Matt Damon is superb as Jason Bourne who is framed for botched CIA operations and is forced to take up his former life as a trained assassin to survive. To add an Indian angle, the film opens with the lead characters being chased by a killer in Goa. "The Bourne Supremacy" is a post-Cold War action adventure portraying the CIA guys as bad. The film which has a terrific car chase scene on the streets of Moscow, has grossed an impressive $157 million in 35 days at the U.S. box-office and is one of this year's big hits.
