A different story...

HE HAS carved a niche for himself in crime-based shows. His India's Most Wanted is a pioneer in crime based reality shows on Indian Television. "We are running the show with Rajatji quite a time. The show has already made a difference. It's a war against crime and I am happy to see that 17 people have been arrested within three and a half months," shares Suhaib Illyasi. The TRP is increasing radically and making a difference, he adds.

Now to give something different to it's viewers K-Sera Sera and Aaliya productions of Suhaib Illyasi have come to an agreement for making television software jointly. "This initiative will write a new chapter in television production. Sony Entertainment, Star TV Network and Zee Telefilms have been approached by the company and it will be a different type of experience to the Indian Television viewer," speaks Suhaib. The shows that are going to be aired on the channels include Courtroom Drama, Crime Thriller with a different format based on real life stories. Bold and Beautiful - a daily soap that includes stars like Farah, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Anita Raj, Padmini Kohlapure, Ayesha Julka and Ronit Roy will also be on air by next year.

"Courtroom Drama on Sony Television will be same as India's Most Wanted and would be aired on the channel by the end of this year," informs Suhaib. Why is he launching the same kind of shows? "The audience today want real stories, the trend has changed dramatically and these kind of programmes are proving a booming success," he answers.

Kakul Sethi, CEO, K-Sera Sera says, "We are working on two co-productions Justice Ahmadi Show and Bold and Beautiful, which will be aired soon." Let us wait and watch.
