Strenuous

EARLIER schools worked from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m to 4 p.m. with an hour's lunch break in between. But, nowadays due to competition some schools start by 7 a m and end by 2-30 p m. with lunch break at 11-30 am and extra classes from 6 to 7 a m and from 4 p m to 9 p m. This affects the student's health because of the untimely meal hours and strain, causing much hardship both to the students and the parents.
